Fourth Dynasty Enterprise is highly specialized in working in depressed social and economic environments. We have the ability to add, create and/or extract value from markets where most companies find it too difficult. We are dedicated to rebuilding cities that have fallen into decay over the last several decades. Based just outside of Detroit, in Livonia, Michigan, our primary focus is to improve the quality of life in the City of Detroit by investing in and improving real estate and by provided economic opportunities for the local residents from the communities that we develop in. We help to create stability in neighborhoods by eliminating blight through purchasing and renovating houses, repurposing old commercial buildings into viable mixed-use properties, land development, etc. This provides quality housing for home buyers as well as quality and affordable rental units. We create further stability by providing  jobs to local residents as well as opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
